* Photo and video options will be decided directly after consultation at the site on the day of the tour. Cameraman options may be limited depending on the number of participants. If you tell us in advance, the company will match it as much as possible, but it may not be possible. There are no child discounts and group discounts. Skydiving fee and photo+video fee are directly dealt with Scenic Air Skydive Switzerland after the activity ends. Swiss Franc CHF, Euro EUR (exchange rate 1:1), credit card payment are all accepted.

▶ Interlaken Skydiving Departure Time

12:00 (operates daily), 08:00, 15:30 two times are frequent

Total time required: up to 3 hours 30 minutes

The above times are based on pick up time. A white van with the letters Scenic Air Skydive Switzerland on it will go to the pickup location. ​It may be 5-10 minutes late depending on the pick up order. (If you are too late, please contact KakaoTalk.)

If you send it by e-mail, it is usually sent by e-mail within 48 hours. The company keeps it for one month based on the date of flight. Don't be embarrassed or angry that there are no photos or videos, just send an email calmly.

▶ Interlaken Skydiving Reservation Rules:

1. As a mail order broker, Mong Travel Co., Ltd. is only responsible for the system operation and management for efficient service and provision of reservation service.

2. Please note that this activity product is an outdoor product and there is a possibility of various accidents occurring during the tour. Also, the local tour company "Scenic Air Skydive Switzerland" is directly responsible for the service and accidents for the tour operation. Please note.

3. If you pay only the skydiving program price of CHF 385, we will only help you with simple reservations. In the event of a problem in the future, Scenic Air Skydive Switzerland and Scenic Air Skydive Switzerland must address the problem by phone or mail directly (English or German). If you would like help with interpretation or post-processing, please inform us in advance when making a reservation, and we will only help you if you pay an additional brokerage fee of CHF 10 in advance. However, if the company does not contact you when you contact us directly, we will help you to contact you even if you did not pay additional brokerage fees.

▶ Cancellation policy:

※ If it is impossible to proceed due to bad weather, you can cancel without a cancellation fee. (Decided by Scenic Air Skydive Switzerland) In case of cancellation due to the weather in advance, we will contact @MongTravel KakaoTalk. In case of ambiguity, a vehicle pickup may come and communicate the cancellation decision, or the bow shop may make a cancellation decision. In the case of cancellation due to weather (ex. personal circumstances), the penalty imposed by the company is as follows.

If there are more than 48 hours left from the tour start time, there is no fee for cancellation of the reservation. If canceled 48 hours before the tour start time, 100% of the payment fee will be charged as a cancellation fee. No-Show (if you do not cancel prior to the appointment without) upon payment of a fee is charged to 100% cancellation fee. Cancellation fee is deposited into the (main) account in Mont Travel Activities Start time basis for 48 hours. During the no-show, Mong Travel Co., Ltd. may extract the contents of the Kakao Talk conversation and post the contents on social media such as blogs/cafes, including the personal information of the person making the reservation.

Please register your KakaoTalk ID @Mong Travel. ​As there are many requests for changes due to weather or personal itinerary, reservations are accepted only 1 to 2 days before the tour date.

* Accommodation is related to the pickup location. If there is no emergency contact information, we are not responsible for any disadvantages as we cannot provide information on reconfirmation, change, cancellation, etc. If you do not have a guardian's contact information, you may not be able to contact you in case of an accident. At the meeting point, we are receiving photos to confirm the participants of the activity. You don't need to send photos if you don't want to.
